The driveway is also completely paved, with both concrete and decorative pavers. You will have plenty of room to park the mobile home, camper or travel trailer. The home sits on top of a ridge, overlooking the lush green pine trees; it has a spectacular view of Diamond Peak Mountain Range and is adjacent to the national forest. Endless miles of biking, hiking, and quad trails are literally out the backdoor; however, down town Payson is only minutes away( in fact, walking distance, if you are feeling ambitious!).

A private place to entertain! The spacious "courtyard" has a large covered, concrete patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 ~ Newly planted Blue Spruce Pine trees, a Red apple tree, a peach tree and rose bushes ~ Newly poured concrete ~ New 8-man hot tub complete w/ a built-in stereo and mood lighting ~ New patio furniture, 2 chaise loungers, a chaise loungers, a barbecue grill, and COMING SOON... a stone fire place and putting green! (BACKYARD PHOTOS COMING SOON - concrete being poured, Jacuzzi installed and patio furniture is on it' way!)

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
